ICCC was founded in 1985 in the Netherlands by Swedish entrepreneur J. Gunnar Olson, who received a clear vision: to build a global fellowship of Christian business people who would serve God through their daily work and bring His Kingdom into the heart of the marketplace.
From day one, our mission has been unmistakable:

What began with a handful of pioneers has grown into a global movement across 70+ nations. ICCC members come from diverse industries and cultures, but share one heart: to walk in unity, led by the Holy Spirit, serving rather than being served.
We teach a new way of working — one that invites God into the boardroom, onto the shop floor, and into every decision. Through mentoring, gatherings, and Spirit-led input, we equip believers to lead boldly and live faithfully in every sphere of influence.
